HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

Effective Immediately all items sold through Chinaberry.com are Final Sale. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We are unable to offer exchanges.


HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM OR MIS-SHIPMENT?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 888-481-6744 or email service@chinaberry.com for authorization.


PLEASE NOTE:

If you send a product purchased after 8.8.18 back to Chinaberry without prior authorization, the package will be discarded and no refund will be issued.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR A PREVIOUS RETURN?

We do our best to process returns within 7 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 14 days between Thanksgiving and January 30th.

Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.


If you printed a mailing label from us we will deduct $8.95 from your return total.


ABOUT INTERNATIONAL REFUSALS:

The recipient is the importer of record and as such is responsible for assuring the product(s) they purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of said country. The customer is also responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees. Please contact your local government for specific details. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by chinaberry.com. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.


All sales are final. If you refuse or return your order, no payments will be refunded.
