Effective 8.8.18 all items sold through Chinaberry.com are Final Sale. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We are unable to offer exchanges.
HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM OR MIS-SHIPMENT?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 888-481-6744 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization.
If you send a product purchased after 8.8.18 back to Chinaberry without prior authorization, the package will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL REFUSALS:
The recipient is the importer of record and as such is responsible for assuring the product(s) they purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of said country. The customer is also responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees.
