Delivery time varies, but is estimated at 7-14 business days for Priority, depending on your country's customs regulations and procedures. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything doesn’t fit the bill (or the body), you are free to return or exchange it within 4 weeks of the purchase date, however:
- Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine “like-new condition”.
- We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear.
- We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.
- We will apply a $5.00 restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Call 888-481-6744 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first to receive a return authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us to know what to do with your return when it arrives back at our warehouse, so it is important that it be clearly written on the outside of the box.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges of clothing items are returned to you with no additional shipping charge.
Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.
HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?
Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.
Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
The recipient is the importer of record and as such is responsible for assuring the product(s) they purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of said country. The customer is also responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local governments will be refunded. We will refund the original purchase price of the product if the returned/refused goods arrive back to our Shelburne, VT, address in original condition.
