If you're looking for a product to give you instant gratification, here you go. With each application of this salon-strength treatment, you'll look as if you just stepped out of the spa. In fact, when I introduced it to my friend who owns a skincare salon in San Diego, she couldn't wait to add it to her menu. She's now charging $80 per treatment, and I wish I were getting a commission!

This 100% natural fruit acid/10% glycolic polymer formula is extremely rich in Vitamin A and is made from concentrated pumpkin extract, pumpkin wine, pumpkin enzymes, D-beta-fructan, and essential oils. The nutrient-rich pumpkin enzymes deep clean and decongest your pores, minimizing their appearance, making your skin look vibrant, and giving you that I-just-got-back-from-the-best-vacation-of-my-life look. Plus, it smells delicious, like freshly baked pumpkin pie. Like every skincare product we offer, it's free of artificial color, fragrance, and preservatives. Once a week, apply it to your face like a regular masque. You'll feel a slight tingling as the pumpkin enzymes go to work. After 10 to 15 minutes, gently rinse your face with tepid water and follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer (using moisturizer afterwards is very important).

When you do this yourself, it's quite a bargain at $5.00 per treatment! (While the manufacturer guarantees it for all skin types and it's perfect for aging, sun-damaged, or blemished skin, we wouldn't recommend it for people with rosacea.)

Please note: When you first start using Lotus Moon products, your skin may shed, or peel a bit. This is not a reaction to Lotus Moon. It may indicate that you've previously been using products with mineral based oils, which cake the skin. Lotus Moon Ingredients act like a poultice, drawing the toxins and petroleum out of your skin's epidermis. It's kind of like a skin "de-tox." This process can take a week or so, until your skin restores its natural balance. To be on the safe side, before using on your face, you may want to do a ''patch test" on the inside of your wrist.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International Shipping: We ship only via USPS Priority Mail to these locations as UPS is considerably more expensive. Our shipping rates for these locations are based on weight. If the estimated shipping charge will cover the cost of the shipment, we will send it out. If not, we may contact you for authorization prior to shipping.

Contact for Quote For some locations, we have not calculated shipping rates. Please place your order and then you will be contacted prior to shipment via e-mail with a quote for the delivery cost of your order. Upon approval and payment of these charges, we will ship your merchandise.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything doesn’t fit the bill (or the body), you are free to return or exchange it within 4 months of the purchase date, however:

  • Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine “like-new condition”.
  • We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear.
  • We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.
  • We will apply a $5.00 restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

Call 888-481-6744 or email service@chinaberry.com us first to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This number helps us to know what to do with your return when it arrives back at our warehouse, so it is important that it be clearly written on the outside of the box.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?

Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges of clothing items are returned to you with no additional shipping charge.

Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.

HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?

Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Returns received after 4 weeks and up to 4 months after the date of purchase will receive store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.

Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
