WATCH VIDEO INTRODUCTION FROM DVD
I don't know about you, but I feel bombarded by noise and frantic images whenever a children's TV show is on. This DVD is such a welcome relief of calm and civility that I am almost tempted to buy it myself, even though my boys are close to graduating from high school.
Where the Garbage Goes (Approved by Kids First, Coalition for Quality Children's Media) is a fascinating explanation of recycling and what happens to garbage, from curbside pickup to recycling and mulching and finally to the landfill. My husband loved this video! What makes it stand out from other videos is that it stars real people performing their real jobs and is fun to watch no matter what your age.
Award-winning video producer Fred Levine has created high quality, original, entertaining, and educational DVDs for children that have just the right combination of action and information to keep kids enthralled throughout each episode. This DVD is filled with big machines and loads of information, all in a format sure to please even the most discriminating watcher in your house.
