A Novel

It's been months since I finished this book, and I still sigh just looking at its cover. While reading it, I felt a part of that club, its world set in motion by Georgia Walker, the strong, independent, single mother who owns Walker & Daughter, a fictional yarn shop in Manhattan. They're a diverse lot, these women who gather every Friday night. But as it is with knitting, so it is with these women: individual components come together (knitting needles, yarn, creativity) to make a thing of beauty. Each woman's story weaves into the others', and you find yourself irresistibly absorbed in another world.
